Within 24 hours ... 172 new infections with corona virus in 11 Arab countries
[size=13]Corona virus is still expanding its wide spread in the world and the Arab countries. About 172 new people in 11 Arab countries were infected with the Corona virus during the past 24 hours.
And the ministries of health in those countries issued data on the developments of the virus in all parts of cities, as they reported 2160 people infected.
In Iraq, the Ministry of Health announced the discovery of 21 new cases, taking the total number to 214 cases.
The ministry stated that 3 deaths were recorded, while the injuries were distributed in 6 regions. This brings the total number of deaths to 17, while 52 people have recovered.
In Kuwait, the spokesperson for the Ministry of Health announced the registration of 17 new cases, confirming that these cases had been confirmed with the new virus in the country during the past 24 hours, bringing the total number to 176 cases, while 27 cases were cured.
As for the cases that receive medical care in the intensive care, they reached 5 cases of which two are stable cases and three are critical cases, while the number of laboratory surveys reached 16038 surveys.
In Jordan, the Ministry of Health announced the discovery of 15 new cases of the emerging virus, taking the total number to 99.
In the UAE, the Ministry of Health and Community Protection announced the monitoring and registration of 13 new cases through early and active and continuous reporting, of various nationalities. Thus, the number of cases of HIV infection in the country reached about 153 cases, while 38 cases were recovered, after the detection of 7 new cases of recovery.
The Saudi Ministry of Health announced the registration of 48 new cases of the new Corona virus (Covid 19), and the total number of cases of HIV infection in the Kingdom increased to 392 cases.
While 8 new people recovered, bringing the number of people recovered to 16 cases so far.
The ministry pointed out that the average age of people living with HIV in the Kingdom is 43 years.
In Lebanon, the Ministry of Health announced the registration of 24 new cases of the virus, taking the total number to 187.
The Ministry called on all citizens to adhere to the strict measures issued by the official references, especially the mandatory home quarantine and control of movement, except when absolutely necessary.
In Egypt, the Ministry of Health and Population announced that the total number of cases infected with Corona virus in the country increased to 294, including 41 who were cured and discharged from the Isolation Hospital, and 10 deaths.
The ministry said in a statement issued yesterday, that nine new cases that proved positive in laboratory analyzes of the virus were recorded, all of whom are Egyptians in contact with the positive cases that were discovered and announced in advance, as part of the Ministry's surveillance and investigation procedures in accordance with the guidelines of the World Health Organization.
The Ministry also revealed the death of two cases, the first of a 68-year-old Egyptian woman from Giza Governorate, and the other to a 75-year-old Egyptian citizen from Giza Governorate as well.
In Tunisia, the director of the National Observatory of New and Emerging Diseases announced yesterday, Saturday, the discovery of 6 new cases, bringing the total number to 60 confirmed cases.
In Oman, announced the Ministry of Health, confirmed the high incidence of HIV Corona emerging "Kovid 19", to 52 cases after recording 4 new cases.
In Palestine, the Ministry of Health announced the registration of 4 new cases, bringing the total number to 52.
Government spokesman Ibrahim Melhem revealed that, starting from Sunday, Prime Minister Muhammad Shtayyeh will unveil strict precautionary measures and measures to prevent the spread of the virus and reduce its spread.
