    BAGHDAD / NINA / MP Mohammad al-Karbouli, member of the Solution Movement which is part of Motahedoon Coalition held on Friday the Ministry and the Commission of Human Rights in Iraq the legal and constitutional responsibility for what the prisoners and detainees in Diyala, Anbar, Babil and most recently Baghdad being exposed to as Organized killing at the hands of the army and security services that supposed to handed over them to the Iraqi judiciary or the Ministry of Justice in accordance with the Constitution.

    He strongly criticized in a statement today the silence of the government and civil society organizations and international humanitarian organizations about these acts which almost be repeated daily, considering them as crimes against humanity and human rights sources, even if they are prisoners or detainees.

    Al-Karbouli called on the head of the Supreme Judicial Council and the General Prosecution "to open direct and independent investigations by repeating and systematic murder of prisoners and detainees, and to enable their families to raise legal complaints against the criminals of the elements of the army, police and others, calling for a general amnesty law and the release of prisoners and detainees who were not involved Iraqi blood.
