Legal expert Ali Al-Tamimi confirmed, on Thursday, that the appointment of Adnan Al-Zorfi does not end except in two cases, indicating that the House of Representatives is obligated to specify the date of the voting session in the event that an apology is not submitted by the current taxpayer.
Al-Tamimi said in a statement to the information /, that “the termination of Adnan Al-Zarfi’s mandate is not complete except in the first two cases, that the taxpayer present an official apology for the assignment to the Iraqi people, and the second is through the House of Representatives during voting against it.”
He added, "Failure to complete the quorum for the voting session does not bear the responsibility and the assignment continues until a full quorum session is held," noting that "the House of Representatives is obligated to specify a session to vote if the taxpayer presents his government program and his cabinet in the event of an apology not being presented."
