    On Saturday, legal expert Ali Al-Tamimi said that President Barham Salih would withdraw Prime Minister Adnan Al-Zorafi's assignment after the decision to challenge the membership of the Federal Court.
    Al-Tamimi said in a statement to "Information" that "the decision to withdraw the decree of a member of the Federal Court, Muhammad Al-Kubaisi, based on the approval of the General Authority of the Court of Cassation on the decision of the Court of First Instance to cancel this decree as violating the law, will have major repercussions."
    He added that “some political parties will challenge the decision to assign Adnan Al-Zorfi and will file the case before the Court of First Instance,” noting that “the appeal will be based on the fact that this decree came as a result of a non-lawful and unlawful decision by the Federal Court because of the lack of a member in its formation and the Court of First Instance will issue a decision to cancel the decree and then The President of the Republic will withdraw the decree entrusting Zarfi. ”

    The adviser to the Presidency of the Republic, Amir Al-Kinani, confirmed on Saturday that the decision of the Court of Cassation to revoke the membership of Judge Muhammad Rajab Al-Kubaisi in the Federal Court obliges the President of the Republic to withdraw his decree.
    Al-Kanani said in a statement reported by the newspaper "Al-Sharq Al-Awsat" and seen by him / the information, that "the Presidency of the Republic implemented a ruling that has acquired an absolute degree."
    He added that "the Supreme Judicial Council had previously filed a lawsuit before the Karkh Court of First Instance in which he requested the repeal of the Republican Decree issued by the Presidency of the Republic appointing Judge Muhammad Al-Kubaisi as an original member of the Federal Supreme Court."
    Al-Kanani explained that “the decision was issued by the Court of First Instance to nullify the decree, and the Presidency of the Republic distinguished the decision before the Federal Court of Cassation, and the Federal Cassation Court issued its decision to ratify the ruling and annul the decree, so it became obligatory for the Presidency to withdraw the decree and implement the content of the ruling.” Ended / 25
