[size=15]The press office of the Pope of the Vatican revealed, on Saturday, the details of Pope Francis' meeting with the supreme religious authority, Ali al-Sistani, at his home in Najaf .[/size]
[size=15]A statement of the office followed by NRT Arabia said today, "The Pope met the authority, Ali Al-Hussaini Al-Sistani, this morning in Najaf, and during the courtesy visit, which lasted about forty-five minutes, the Holy Father stressed the importance of cooperation and friendship between religious sects so that we can develop respect. [size=15]The office of the Supreme Religious Authority, Ali al-Sistani, had previously revealed the details of the meeting of the Supreme Authority with Pope Francis, in the Old City of Najaf Governorate, where he confirmed that “His Eminence Al-Sistani met this morning with the Grand Pontiff (Pope Francis), Pope of the Catholic Church and Head of State of the Vatican. During the meeting, the discussion revolved around the great challenges that humanity faces in this era and the role of faith in God Almighty, and his messages, and commitment to high moral values in overcoming them.[/size]
