Cabinet held its regular twenty-sixth in Baghdad (Sunday, June 6, 2014), headed by Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, issued by the Council and the following decisions:

1-1 / authorize the competent minister exclusive jurisdiction to develop and move the mechanisms of the ministry to support the war effort of the forces of the military and security forces and support them and the crowd popular and identify mechanisms and cutouts that move it, is the mechanism that is exposed to damage a loss battleship decision of the competent minister.

2-1 / Cabinet decided to form a committee headed by Deputy Prime Minister d. Saleh al-Mutlaq and on behalf of the Minister of Displacement and Migration and the Director of National Operations Center in addition to representatives of the security ministries and services (health, commerce, transportation, housing, financial and municipalities, interior and defense) in collaboration with the crisis cell Civil Operations Center National undertake the task of relief and sheltering displaced families as a result of the terrorist attacks.

2 / the Commission shall have the powers of the Council of Ministers.

3 / allocates the amount of (500) five hundred billion dinars for the purposes of the Commission.

4 / the Commission to raise the detailed weekly reports submitted to the Council of Ministers.

5 / Chairman of the Committee to add any representative of the Ministry or government entity for the membership of the committee.

3-1 / authorize the Ministry of Education the power to conduct the exam the first round - Complementary and the second round of final exams at the time and place determined by the ministry for the students of the hot spots and exposed to military operations, according to the guidelines and instructions laid down by the ministry.

2 / considered the current academic year year not to fail.

4 - emphasis on the Cabinet decision number (166) of the 2014 Special Reconstruction bridge Muthanna (north of Baghdad) and the development of the project an exception and give the allocation immediately to the Ministry of Construction and Housing to complete the procedures for contracting with a company Mutassim public and to consider the amount of advance settled when approving the budget.

5 - to approve the allocation of $ 13,140,000,000 thirteen billion and a hundred and forty million dinars for the purpose of providing the requirements for the work of the machinery, equipment and personnel in the Ministry of Water Resources / body maintenance, note that the amount covers the work to six months of work and assignments to crowd the popular or national.

6 - Approval Mayati:

1 / authorize the Minister of Finance Agency (Mr. Safa al-Din Muhammad Net) to negotiate and sign a draft agreement on the avoidance of double taxation and prevention of evasion of taxes on income and capital between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, as amended by the State Council, according to the provisions of Article (80 / item VI) of the Constitution.

2 / the Foreign Ministry to prepare a document on behalf of the authorization required for the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Finance Minister Syed agency in accordance with the approved contexts, and submitted to the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers in order to obtain the signature of the President of the Council of Ministers.

7 - Approval of the report of the Republic of Iraq, the first on the Arab Charter on Human Rights prepared by the committee writing the report of Iraq's own Arab Charter of Human Rights and the problem under the ministerial order No. (30) number (2352), dated 02/16/2014, and annex linking book rights The Issue: 6100 dated 04/24/2014, taking into consideration the Notes General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers.

8 - Approval Mayati:

1 / authorize the Minister of Commerce Mr. (Khairallah Hassan Babiker) to negotiate and sign a draft agreement on economic and trade cooperation, scientific and technical cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Republic of Poland, as amended by the State Council, according to the provisions of Article (80 / item VI) of the Constitution .

2 / the Foreign Ministry to prepare a document on behalf of the Government of the necessary authorization of the Republic of Iraq, Mr. Minister of Trade and contexts according to the approved, and submitted to the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers for the signing of the Prime Minister.

9 - Approval of the amendment to paragraph (1) of the Council of Ministers Resolution No. (234) for the year 2014, as follows: (the capital increase of the Land Bank of the amount of (150,000,000,000) dinars, only one hundred and fifty billion dinars to the amount of (500,000,000,000) dinars, only Five hundred billion dinars, and by raising the amount of real estate capital of the bank to the amount of (350,000,000,000) dinars, only three hundred and fifty billion dinars for the year 2014 /, and the addition amount of (150,000,000,000) dinars, only one hundred and fifty billion dinars for the year 2014 /.
