    The Cabinet held its fourth meeting on Tuesday, a brief summary September 30, 2014, headed by Dr. Haider al-Abadi.

     2 Council issued a resolution authorizing whereby Mr. Prime Minister, to secure the requirements of the perpetuation of popular mobilization and military effort, including requiring it to secure the weapons and equipment and securing the salaries and entitlements of volunteers with appropriate powers and return to the cabinet in the event of demand for projects processing equipment amounts large.
     3 Council decided to form a committee in the board of advisers using United Nations organizations to prepare a comprehensive study on the success of the conversion process for state-owned enterprises to the private sector provided to ensure workers' rights and improve their living standards by raising the efficiency of these companies or adapting to what is consistent with this goal
     4 In the health aspect Board discussed the status of the major hospitals under construction in the provinces of Najaf, Basra, Karbala, Maysan, Babil, Dhi Qar and decided to approve the extension of the duration of the works, for periods ranging from three months to six months to allow for companies executed to complete those hospitals, including improving the status of health services in those provinces.
     5 expansion of the Council to discuss a report on the financial situation in Iraq presented by the Minister of Finance Agency, which included a presentation of the revenue projected for the rest of 2014 and operating expenses and investment for the period mentioned, as well as details of the amounts owed ​​to the vertebrae and many others.
