Decisions of the Council of Ministers Session No. 24 in 06/17/2014

Cabinet held its regular twenty-fourth in Baghdad (Tuesday, June 17, 2014) under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, issued by the Council and the following decisions:
1 - Approval Mayati:
1 / presence of the Minister of Foreign Affairs Council meeting of foreign ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation to be held in Jeddah on Wednesday 06/18/2014, and attend a meeting of Arab foreign ministers to be held on the sidelines of a conference of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation, and the statement of the position of the Iraqi government, as announced by the Council of Ministers Today's meeting Tuesday, 06.17.2014.
2 / issue a statement of the Council of Ministers condemned the Saudi intervention in internal Iraqi affairs and stirring sectarian strife among the Iraqi people that the cohesion of all its components and ethnic groups to expel the terrorist gangs Daash from Iraqi territory.
2-1 / authorize the Chairman of the National Investment Agency (Mr. Sami Raouf al-Araji) the authority to negotiate and sign a draft agreement on the encouragement and protection of investment between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Republic of the Russian Federation, as amended by the State Council, Stnada to the provisions of Article (80 / item VI ) of the Constitution.
2 / the Foreign Ministry to prepare a document on behalf of the Government of the necessary authorization of the Republic of Iraq, Mr. President of the National Investment Agency, in accordance with the approved contexts, and submitted to the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers in order to obtain the signature of the President of the Council of Ministers.
3-1 / approve the recommendation of the Committee on Economic Affairs, concerning the validity of the Implementing Regulations of the business style of implementation Municipality No.
(1) for the year 2014, starting from the date 01/06/2014 instead of the date of publication in the Official Gazette on 02.02.2014.
2 / the Ministry of Planning to conduct the required modification instructions throughout the research and publication in the Official Gazette.
4-1 / approval to open import food exclusively and without import license and until further notice.
2 / authorize the Department of Trade and approve the transfer of 65000 sixty-five thousand tons of imported Australian wheat crop in favor of the ration card to degree zero flour and sell it at cost price by the General Company for Grain Processing.
3 / approval of the Ministry of Health and the credit amount of fifty billion dinars to walk things hospitals.
4 / approval of the Ministry of Justice and the credit amount sixty billion dinars to walk things prisons.
5 / exchange ten billion dinars for displaced people from the provinces of Nineveh and Salahuddin, Diyala and exempt the Department of Immigration of the instructions of the Ministry of Finance.
6 / thanking the donor countries for aid for the displaced.
7 / the Ministry of Finance firing allocations buy fuel for power plants and convert them to the Ministry of Oil / Oil Marketing Company, amounting to (430) billion dinars
