    Al-Kazemi criticized what he described as "the continuous phenomena of the Baath era, including the phenomenon of the militarization of society and armed phenomena."
    The Prime Minister also said, "We are in the Iraqi situation facing complex and complex crises of political, economic, social and cultural dimensions, and we must make the most of our international relations and international support to help overcome them and mitigate many of the effects of the circumstances that Iraq went through," calling for "creating a national discourse."
