picture taken during the reception of the Jordanian Minister of Agriculture, Khaled Al-Hanifat, for his Iraqi counterpart, Muhammad Al-Khafaji, in the Jordanian capital, Amman, showed the status of the former Iraqi flag, instead of the current flag.
This photo sparked a wide debate among the popular and political circles, while there were calls for an official explanation and clarification by the Iraqi Ministry of Agriculture, and an apology from the Jordanian side.
