"The third round of the Iraqi-American strategic dialogue was launched through visual communication technology," said Foreign Ministry spokesman Ahmed Al-Sahaf.
He added, "Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein and his American counterpart Anthony Blinken open the Iraqi-American strategic dialogue session."
In return, the US Secretary of State said, "Our meeting today comes as an affirmation of the partnership relationship between Iraq and the United States," stressing that "the Iraqi government has devoted to the principles of the constitution through its government approach."
