Parliamentarians said, yesterday, that the priority will be to discuss budget vacuum after parliament elected three presidencies and the formation of the government. And confessed to being too busy with the political blocs in the negotiations to form a new government, they said it will pay the Presidency of the Parliament to form a temporary committee to discuss the file federal budget.
The former parliament failed to pass the general budget for the year 2014 because of differences after the federal government required the Kurdistan region to export 400 000 barrels of oil per day, which was rejected by the province.
She lives on the impact of the country's "financial paralysis" for failing to pass a federal budget, while forcing local governments to lay off thousands of contractors and a freeze on dozens of projects due to the financial crisis.
The Iraqi constitution mandates that the legislative term does not end until the last passage of the federal budget, but the political differences and synchronized with the elections and the collapse of security beyond the "budget" for prioritizing the federal government and the parliamentary blocs that are busy sharing power.

Sulaymaniyah - Iraq Press -21 in July announced the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK), for a meeting between President Jalal Talabani, with the Deputy Secretary General of the Party Rasool, one day after the arrival of Talabani of Iraq after a trip treatment lasted for more than a year and a half, indicating that the Messenger Talabani welcomed the return of health and wished him permanent. The Patriotic Union of Kurdistan said in a statement that "President Jalal Talabani met Sunday, First Deputy Secretary General of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) Rasool Ali.This is the first meeting conducted by President Jalal Talabani, one day after returning from a trip to Sulaymaniyah treatment in Germany that lasted for more than a year and a half. Basra calling for stopping the flow of oil for Jordan

The head of the Energy Committee in the Basra Governorate Council Mujibur Hassani, on Monday, the central government to halt oil exports to the Kingdom of Jordan after the conference, which aims to derail the political process in Iraq.
Hassani said in a statement received by the Agency for News News (et) copy of "The Jordanian side offered an apology simple and shameful and should the Iraqi government to take a tough stand, or stop by raising the prices of oil exported to the Jordanian side."
He added that "the conference held in Jordan revealed vicious attack by terrorists who are some of their host countries, especially Oman, where the victim goes conferences encouraging the violence in Iraq, thousands of innocent civilians in the country."
The conference was held at the official invitation of the Kingdom of Jordan and the presence of some 300 personal opposition to the current government, at a time when media pointed out that the organizing committee decided to expel the figures post the political process in Iraq out of the room, and refused to participate in it.
