Al-Kazemi’s advisor responds to the skeptics: the impossibility of rigging the elections and manipulating their results
Shafaq News/ The Prime Minister's Advisor for Electoral Security Affairs, Muhannad Naim, responded to the skeptics of the election results announced by the commission today, Monday.
Naim told Shafaq News Agency, "The process of collecting results took place on 3 axes, the first is transmission via satellite, the second is via a memory stick, and the third is paper."
He pointed to "the impossibility of external interference and manipulation of the election results, since there are three intersecting and identical baskets," stressing by saying, that "any power cannot manipulate those results."
Naim pointed out that "the Electoral Commission conducted a manual counting for one station in each electoral center, meaning that more than 8,000 stations were manually counted."
The Independent High Electoral Commission announced today, Monday, the preliminary results of the elections that took place yesterday, Sunday, and initially showed that the Sadrist bloc led by Muqtada al-Sadr won the largest number of parliamentary seats, while the final and decisive results of the elections are still under scrutiny.
