The National Approach Alliance revealed, on Saturday, how it allowed the addition of 163 parliamentary seats without entitlement.
Member of the coalition, Muhannad al-Atabi, told "Mawazine News", "Re-counting and manual sorting requires the presence of a number of things, such as transparent monitoring and not in dark rooms, matching fingerprints and knowing the voices that entered."
He added, "The information confirmed that there were cards that were used, and the election mechanism and the use of biometric cards allowed the issue of skipping the fingerprint, and this is one of the errors of the law," noting that "the percentage of 5%, that is, it constitutes 163 deputies to the parliament without their entitlement through this window."
Al-Atabi continued, "The commission added the fingerprinting paragraph, so there must be a transparent oversight of the counting and sorting process, to which everyone is invited." Ended 29/A43
