    Mubasher: The Iraqi Council of Ministers held its weekly meeting, today, Tuesday, headed by Mustafa Al-Kazemi, during which the latest developments in the country were discussed, topics on the agenda were discussed, and decisions and recommendations were issued.

    The Council of Ministers stated in a press statement that it had decided to allocate the Ministry of Finance three billion dinars to the water directorates in the governorates from the emergency reserve for the fiscal year 2021; To secure chlorine.
    The Council indicated that the Minister of Finance was authorized to conduct transfers between the appropriations of the federal general budget to secure an amount of one billion dinars to the water directorates in the governorates, based on the provisions of Article (4) of the Federal General Budget Law for the fiscal year 2021.
    The Council approved the recommendations of the Higher Committee for School Construction, as the implementation of the schools was referred to the Chinese companies (Power China) and (Sinotes), based on the recommendation of the Central Committee for review and approval of the referral, and granted an operating advance of no more than 10 percent in return for a letter of guarantee from a bank A certified.
    The government granted the Minister of Foreign Affairs the authority to sign a draft visa exemption for holders of diplomatic and service passports between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Republic of Cyprus, as amended by the State Council based on the provisions of Article (80/Sixth) of the Constitution.
    The government also delegated the Minister of Foreign Affairs the authority to sign a draft exemption for visa holders of diplomatic and service passports between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Republic of South Korea, as amended by the State Council, based on the provisions of Article (80/Sixth) of the Constitution.
