{Local: Al Furat News} The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers responded to the letter of the Ministry of Finance regarding unfairness and the unfair decision that occurs against employees in ministries and state institutions regarding job descriptions.
The secretariat of the Council of Ministers demanded a book obtained by the agency {Euphrates News}, a copy of which the Ministry of Finance implements its decision to cancel the job description and promote employees who do not bear the mistakes of their departments.
The Ministry of Finance had written to the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers regarding canceling the "unfair" job description.
According to a letter from the ministry to the secretariat of the Council of Ministers, the agency {Euphrates News} obtained a copy of it. The request concerns the promotion of employees in ministries and state institutions who were affected by the issue of their promotion, despite the passage of several years since their promotion was due, but they were not promoted under the pretext of job description.
The finance book points out that “there are employees who obtained a higher certificate within a specialty and without a specialty during the service that fits with the nature of his work and with the approval of the department. They were shocked when the promotion committees in their departments refused to be promoted to the third degree on the pretext that his certificate and his job title should be counted according to Law 103 of 2021, and whether the promotion of the employee in the event of his certificate was fundamentally approved to the third degree or the above-mentioned law is applied to them.
