, the media office of Representative Alia Nassif issued a clarification on the lawsuits filed before the Federal Court regarding constitutional issues, indicating that these lawsuits aim to achieve the national interest.
And the media office stated in a statement received by Mawazine News, that "the person who is well versed in the law and who follows political events finds that these lawsuits, whether related to the largest bloc or others, are among the most important lawsuits that can be filed before the Federal Court, for example that the constitution in Article 54 did not specify The powers of the president of the age and he mentioned only the election of the speaker of the House of Representatives and his two deputies, while many things happened in light of the powers that the president of the age enjoyed during the past parliamentary sessions, and therefore these decisions codify the norms that the House of Representatives followed.
