Yesterday, Friday, the Kuwaiti Embassy in Baghdad denounced the abusive tweets issued by the Iraqi cleric called Iyad Jamal Al-Din to its state, symbols, leadership and people, calling on the Iraqi authorities to take legal measures against him.

In a statement carried by KUNA, the Kuwaiti embassy expressed its "categorical rejection of the abusive tweets issued by the Iraqi cleric called Iyad Jamal Al-Din, in which he insulted, through his social media, Kuwait, its symbols, leadership and people, and carried unacceptable, reprehensible and repulsive expressions."
The embassy said in a statement that "while the embassy expresses its deep dissatisfaction with such actions aimed at undermining the brotherly relations that bind the two countries, it calls on the concerned Iraqi authorities to curb these dissonant voices by taking legal measures against them."

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]I suggest to the governor of Basra (after we take back Kuwait) to the province of Basra.. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]I suggest, that he appoint the poet Dr. Suad Al-Sabah as (incumbent) the district of Kuwait. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]for the following reasons; Dr. Souad is strong, hard-working, and has long experience. She has an excellent knowledge of the moods of Iraqis, in addition to being educated, etc.
