Al-Shiblawy indicated that "the House of Representatives is the highest legislative and supervisory authority in the country, and it is unreasonable to fear the consequences of forming the government, and if the people elected to the ministries are patriots who appreciate the country's interest, this is a good and positive step, and if they are not responsible, then the House of Representatives has the legal rights to replace Ministers with honest others capable of running ministries with patriotism.
He pointed out that "when the Presidency opened the vote on the nomination for the position of President of the Republic, it made time open, so the Presidency bears full responsibility for constitutional and legal violations, and it is considered ignoring the conditions of the country, which is going through a dangerous juncture at the level of foreign interference, so the political blocs must The interests of the people are taken into account, and the Presidency is responsible for forming committees and for continuing the sessions.

In the current session, "the mechanism for dividing committees into three categories (A, B, and C) has been abolished, and the committees have been divided into two categories (A, B), where category (A) is divided into 11 committees, while category (B) is divided into 14 committees. According to State of Law MP Muhammad Hassan, who told “Ultra Iraq” that “some committees were divided according to specialization, as the Oil and Energy Committee was separated into two committees, the Oil Committee and the Electricity Committee, and the Investment Committee was divided into the Investment Committee and the Industry and Agriculture Committee, And so on with a number of other committees."
