The Iraqi judiciary clarified the reasons for issuing an arrest and investigation warrant against the dismissed Governor of Salah al-Din Ammar Jabr.
According to the arrest warrant obtained by Mawazine News, "the arrest warrant was issued on charges of requesting sums of money in return for violating the duties of the job in accordance with Article 160 of the amended 1983 Resolution."
The Iraqi judiciary clarified the reasons for issuing an arrest and investigation warrant against the dismissed Governor of Salah al-Din Ammar Jabr.
According to the arrest warrant obtained by Mawazine News, "the arrest warrant was issued on charges of requesting sums of money in return for violating the duties of the job in accordance with Article 160 of the amended 1983 Resolution."
The arrest warrants also included the contractor, Muhammad al-Jubouri.
