    The President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Faeq Zaidan, confirmed today, Thursday, that the tragic memory of the martyrdom of the victory leaders is a treacherous crime that has no legal basis.


    Zidan said during the official forum on the occasion of the third anniversary of the martyrdom of the leaders of victory, followed by Alsumaria News, that "the martyrdom of the leaders of victory is a great loss that will not be compensated," pointing out that "the fatwa of the rational authority thwarted the criminal scheme of ISIS."






    He added, "The responsibility of the judiciary in holding accountable those who committed the crime against the leaders of victory doubles," noting that "the judiciary will not hesitate to take legal measures against those who prove evidence of their participation in the crime of assassinating the leaders of victory."

    The head of the Judicial Council continued, "The judiciary issued an arrest warrant against the former US president, who confessed to having committed the crime," calling on "those investigating the assassination of the victory leaders to make an exceptional effort to uncover the perpetrators."

     
    He pointed out, "The judiciary deals with crimes according to the evidence it receives from the security authorities," noting that "the qualities that met in the martyr al-Muhandis rarely meet in a person."
     
    He continued, "The tragedy of the assassination of the leaders of victory is a treacherous and cowardly crime," noting that "the martyr al-Muhandis had a major role in protecting the judiciary from erroneous jurisprudence."
     
    Zidan stated, "The memory of the tragic martyrdom of the leaders of victory is a treacherous and cowardly crime that has no legal basis," wondering, "Why has he not yet been held accountable for this heinous crime?"
