, the head of the Al-Sanad parliamentary bloc and the leader in the coordinating framework, Ahmed Al-Asadi, responded to the Turkish ambassador to Iraq.
Al-Asadi said in a tweet via Twitter, addressing the Turkish ambassador: "We do not need your companies, but your commitment to international law and good-neighborliness... Give us our right to our waters and we know how to use them."
He added, "Does the Turkish ambassador know that his country exceeds more than half of Iraq's water share, contrary to the international law of riparian countries? We must work as a state of institutions to stop the encroachment on our waters in all the ways guaranteed by law. We have more than one path and file that the government can use to restore our rights to water." Our water..when will that happen??
