The Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq, Mustafa Ghaleb Mukhif, received, on Monday, the President of the Iraqi-British Business Council, Baroness Emma Nicholson.
During the meeting, according to the statement, they "discussed frameworks for cooperation, training, developing banking cadres and building bilateral partnerships, to serve the banking and economic sector in Iraq."
He reviewed the fearful, "the development initiatives of the Central Bank of Iraq that contributed to advancing the Iraqi economy, including active and vital sectors that addressed the requirements of Iraqi society."
Nicholson welcomed "the central bank's steps at various levels," stressing "its keenness to cooperate during the next stage."
