Today, Thursday, the head of the Wisdom Movement, Ammar al-Hakim, called on neighboring countries to coordinate with Iraq in facing dangers.
In a statement, Mr. Al-Hakim said, "In compliance with the Iraqi constitution and in the interest of Iraq's security, sovereignty and stability, which is conducive to the security and stability of the region and the world, we urge and affirm that the country's internal and external policy proceed with this approach and not allow Iraq to be a corridor or headquarters for aggression against neighboring countries."
Mr. Al-Hakim called on neighboring countries not to violate Iraqi sovereignty, stressing the need for "coordination with the federal government in the face of any potential danger to their countries."
