    Today, Thursday, the Prime Minister, Muhammad Shia'a Al-Sudani, directed to address the problems facing the workflow of the engineering and service effort team, while instructing to receive citizens' complaints and appeals.
    The media office of the Prime Minister said in a statement, "Prime Minister Muhammad Shia' al-Sudani met yesterday with the engineering and service effort team, and listened from the head of the team to a detailed report on the stages of work progress in the areas in which work began," noting that "he was briefed." Over the obstacles and problems that require quick decisions in order to sustain the momentum of work, especially as the effort team is preparing to expand its tasks to include new areas.
    Al-Sudani blessed "the efforts of the engineering team, despite the short period of starting work, and urged its employees to do more in order to provide the required services to citizens," directing, "
    Al-Sudani instructed the data follow-up committee to receive citizens' complaints and appeals, prioritize them according to importance, and submit them to the team in order to take the necessary action in this regard, especially since the Ministry of Education has suggested that schools be included in the team's campaign in construction, service and equipment work, in the areas covered by service work.
