Today, Sunday, the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers announced the launch of the secured documents system in health departments in Baghdad and the provinces.
The project manager at the National Data Center of the General Secretariat, Mazen Jassem, said in a statement: “The system will allow citizens to complete their transactions related to medical committee reports, birth documents, death certificates, marriage contracts, and endorsements of all kinds, without the need to promote the validity of the issuance of those documents.” ".
Jassim added, "One of the department's priorities is to support citizens in the health sector and ease routine procedures and workshops," noting that "the evaluation and project management department in the National Data Center is continuing at an upward pace with all state institutions, to cancel transactions for the validity of issuance of documents."
He noted that "the system is currently activated in two presidential departments, 8 ministries, 10 agencies, and 5 governorates, and the number of transactions whose validity has been canceled so far has reached (353,821) transactions."
