    Health and service institutions are in direct contact with the citizen, which makes them more vulnerable to suspicions of corruption, especially since auditors have to stand in queues to complete a transaction or examine a body part, and this is what makes them vulnerable to extortion, which requires hospital managers to allocate time to listen to citizens’ complaints.
    Perhaps the scourge of corruption, which has begun to turn into a phenomenon due to weak-minded people who exploit the citizens' need for treatment or examination with medical devices, is more dangerous than terrorism in its harm to the citizen who bears heavy burdens.
