The Fund for the Reconstruction of Areas Affected by Terrorist Operations confirmed to the Federal Integrity Commission, today, Monday, that the unification record of the operational budget is not lost, while indicating that work is underway with the Office of Financial Supervision to complete the observations for the years (2016 to 2019).
The fund stated in a statement received by "Al-Iqtisad News", that "the number of lagging projects is very small compared to the port, which numbered (1622) projects."
He added, "The mechanism for distributing projects to the liberated governorates depends on fair standards that were approved by the fund's board of trustees in coordination with the Ministry of Planning.
The statement indicated that "the fund is striving to attract grants and loans from international bodies, while stating the role of the fund is limited to coordination between ministries and governorates on the one hand and international parties on the other hand."
And he indicated that "the organizational structure of the fund with formations was approved according to work system No. (4) for the year 2015 published in the Iraqi Al-Waqea' newspaper, issue (4372), and what followed it by issuing the fund's work system No. (3) for the year 2017 in force and published in the Iraqi Al-Waqea' newspaper, issue (4441). ".
