    [ltr]Muhammad Hassan Al-Saadi[/ltr]

[rtl]The 25th Gulf Session, which was held in the city of Basra, southern Iraq, constituted an important turning point in Iraq's relationship with its neighbors, specifically the Gulf countries that look at Iraq with anticipation in the steps of democratic transformation, so it was the important meeting point in the rapprochement between them, and reflected the true picture of the country's political situation, so perhaps "Football" was the means by which Iraq expressed its message towards its regional and international neighborhood to some extent, and this marked the beginning of a shift in the policy pursued in dealing with various crucial issues that are related to Iraq and its neighbors. To be a new starting point in the future vision between Iraq and its neighbors.

Iraq's shift towards the European market, specifically Germany, and the partnership contract between Iraq and the multi-purpose "CEMENS" company gave a strong impetus to Iraq in the need to harness its energies and resources and the exceptional circumstances the world is going through in order to start a developmental renaissance that constitutes all sectors, especially the electricity, health and infrastructure sectors of the country, and despite Despite the pledges made by the United States towards Iraq, to protect its security and economy since its invasion in 2003, and its signing of the strategic agreement paper between the two countries, indicators of this support are completely missing on the ground, as we do not find any evidence of support in adopting construction and reconstruction of infrastructure or major projects. , or support the institutionalization of the government and the protection of public money from theft, and all these promises and pledges remained a dead letter, and did not reach the degree of implementation because of the American policy towards Iraq.

It has become necessary for the government of Mr. Muhammad Shia al-Sudani to invest in the state of turmoil and conflict between the world powers, to start and quickly conclude agreements that would develop the infrastructure of Iraqi institutions, according to the principle of the country's national interest, and open channels of communication with the rest of the international companies working in the field of construction And construction and infrastructure, while maintaining a balance between Washington and these companies, in a way that enhances balanced partnership on the one hand, and openness on the other, and thus achieving partnership with everyone and controlling the Iraqi economy internally according to a studied, realistic and effective approach.

On the contrary, the Sudanese government and the country behind it will remain hostage to the desires of other countries, and the policies and interests of those countries. Which is underestimated and its economic or political influence, especially in the situation of a country like Iraq that is still not politically and economically stable.
