    The participants in this conference [Germany, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, Spain and the United States, France, Iraq, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, the Netherlands, Qatar, Norway and the Czech Republic and the United Kingdom, Russia, Turkey and the Arab League and the Organization of the United Nations and the European Union] for their adherence to the unity of Iraq and its territorial integrity and sovereignty, and praised the new government headed by new Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, gave conferees him their full support for the consolidation of the rule of law, and the application of a policy to promote the national unity of Iraqis, and to achieve equitable representation for all components in the federal institutions and equality among all citizens and to take all necessary and effective measures to fight al Daash and terrorist groups that represent a threat to all Iraqis.

    Participants in the Paris conference that the organization Daash represents a threat to Iraq and the entire international community, and condemned the crimes and mass atrocities committed by this organization against civilians, including minority groups most at risk, which can be described as crimes against humanity, and they will be keen to hold accountable the perpetrators of these crimes against justice, as they support the investigation by the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights for this purpose.

    and stressed the urgent need to end the presence of the organization Daash in areas that are based there in Iraq, and for this purpose, committed to supporting the new Iraqi government with the necessary means, in its war against al Daash, including military assistance appropriate, that meet the needs expressed by the Iraqi authorities, provided they respect international law and the safety of civilians.
