He told the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA /: that despite the completion of the second reading of the state's general budget, there is still tension and attraction in light of the unwillingness of some to pass it for three years.
The leftist added: There are many notes on the budget, including the allocations of the provinces, and the matter will become clear when voting, which may not be in one session.
He explained: that passing the budget according to what is required will be the agreement of the large blocks on it completely.
