<p style="text-align: justify;">Erbil (IraqiNews.com) -A Colonel at the Ministry of Peshmerga was injured when car bomb exploded in Erbil province on Tuesday.The Mayor of Deshti district, Hassan Kalari, stated that ”The car bomb (Nissan-Patrol Type), exploded in front of Kisnzan district Mayorship within Erbil province.””The explosion resulted in injuring the Colonel, Sarbast Abdul Rahman, who serves at the Ministry of Peshmerga in Kurdistan Regional Government ,” noting that “The Colonel lost one of his legs as he was severly injured,” he added.The Director of Kisnzan Mayorship, Hayman Mohamed, pointed out that ”The car bomb exploded in Kisnzan which lies 10 KM far from Erbil province.”It is worth mentioning that, The security forces arrived to the incident area and initiated the required investigations.According to press sources, the reasons behind the explosion was an Improvised Explosive Device IED attached to the officer vehicle. \
