    Baghdad / Obelisk Al-Hadath: The Ministry of Communications announced that the Iraqi Post has progressed from the red mark to the yellow mark in the classification of the Universal Postal Union.
    A statement by the ministry, received by Al-Masalla, stated that the Iraqi Postal Service, with direct support from the Minister of Communications, Hayam Al-Yasiri, was able to change its classification in the Universal Postal Union’s monthly compliance panel from the red mark to the yellow mark during the past few months.
    He added: As the plan indicated an increase and change in the performance of the mail in terms of processing speed and completeness in collecting customer information, through the commitment to send the contents stipulated by customs and mail.
    And the statement continued: The plan indicated the importance of commitment to the speedy conduct and exchange of postal shipments and mathematical processors transferred from Iraq to 192 countries around the world, which reflects the total quality of compliance with the standards stipulated by the International Post and the development of performance by a large percentage.
