    The Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development ( OECD ) Committee on the Classification of Investment Risks in the World ( OECD ) announced the improvement of Iran's position in this field from seventh to sixth in 2017 and then to fifth this year.
     
    The improvement in Iran's investment risk position will contribute to reducing the costs of attracting investors by 10 percent as well as raising the level of Iran's credibility in international circles.
     
    The Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) classifies countries on the basis of the risk of foreign investment from the top to the seventh.
     
    It is noteworthy that after the entry into force of the comprehensive joint action plan (the nuclear agreement), the Iranian government has included attracting foreign investments in its agenda in order to achieve economic development and job creation, and has so far attracted investments from various countries including China, Russia, India and Korea South and Austria, there are consultations to attract more investment.
