    [rtl]Baghdad - Iraq today:

The spokesman for the Kurdistan Democratic Party, Mahmoud Muhammad, confirmed that the Iraqi Prime Minister, Muhammad Shia' al-Sudani, promised to solve the outstanding problems, adding that the parties with whom the delegation of the Kurdistan Democratic Party met in Baghdad promised to "separate the issue of the budget and salaries from other issues, and organize their sending to the Kurdistan Region of Iraq every month without obstacles."

A spokesman for the Kurdistan Democratic Party, Mahmoud Muhammad, said, “The State Administration Alliance was formed on the basis of a political agreement and the agreement to formulate a joint work program for the Sudanese government,” noting that “the agreement and the work program include a set of points in the economic, political, security and military fields, and others related to article 140, the disputed areas, Sinjar, the budget and salaries. He expressed his regret for "the occurrence of

matters that were far from the that we took together and signed the decision by all parties to the administration of the state, during the discussions related to the budget and salaries within the General Budget Law.”

He referred to the visit of the delegation of the political bureau of the Kurdistan Democratic Party to Baghdad, "which informed the participating parties in the coalition for managing the state, both Shiite and Sunni, that what happened should not have occurred."

Mahmoud Muhammad added: “We have prepared a set of points that we sent through the delegation that is currently visiting Baghdad to inform all parties of the issues on which no progress has been made so far, or has not been implemented as required, or in A manner that contradicts what was agreed upon, and that what is happening is not customary. in alliances and agreements.

He stressed that all the parties that the KDP delegation met in Baghdad "promised to solve these issues, and have asked to identify the problems that have now emerged in order to solve them," noting that "the Prime Minister promised to solve this problem, and we are waiting to see how the solution will be in the coming days.” .

A spokesman for the Kurdistan Democratic Party, indicated that "legal periods were set to resolve some of the issues that we agreed on, and it was possible to form a committee with the start of the government's work and resolve these issues within 6 months, but that did not happen.”

In this regard, he pointed out that "the Sinjar agreement should have been implemented within a specific period of time, but no steps were taken in this regard, and we feel that they want to implement it in another way, or in the way of some parties want and not according to what we agreed upon.”

Regarding the draft oil and gas law, he said: "We should have prepared a draft together, but they prepared some of it. The same applies to other issues that we rejected and we told them that we had previously agreed on them, and the solution must be consistent with what we agreed upon.”

And he added that they "promised to separate the issue of the budget and salaries from other issues, and to organize their dispatch to the Kurdistan region of Iraq on a monthly basis" without obstacles, and "not to allow these issues to recur again." "

He stressed that "if they insist on the issue of majority and minority, and with the absence of partnership, consensus and balance, which are 3 basic principles of our agreement with those parties, there will be no concept of the survival of the coalition ( running the state)."

He concluded that "the parties to the coordination framework and Prime Minister Muhammad Shia' al-Sudanese expressed their desire to solve these problems."

Regarding continuing to support Iraqi Prime Minister Muhammad Shia al-Sudani, a spokesman for the Kurdistan Democratic Party said: “We have said so far that we support Prime Minister Muhammad Shia al-Sudani, and we believe that he should play his role and be prime minister for all Iraqis. President Masoud Barzani and the Democratic Party supported him The Kurdistani when he was nominated to assume the prime minister, and now we prefer to support him as well, but the continuation of this support depends on the extent of his implementation of what we agreed upon in practice.[/rtl]
