Shafaq News/ A local official in Salah al-Din said, on Friday, that the Prime Minister and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Muhammad Shia' al-Sudani, canceled the "illegal" crossing of vehicles across two bridges, northwest of the governorate.
Muhammad Zaidan, director of the Al-Zawiya district of Baiji district, northwest of Salah al-Din, told Shafaq News agency, that two bridges were built at private expense by investors in the (Al-Fatha) area and Al-Zawiya district, linking Salah al-Din with Kirkuk after they were destroyed during the war with ISIS.

He explained that the levy for crossing the Al-Fatha Bridge is 5 thousand dinars, and the levy for crossing the Al-Zawiya Bridge is 5 thousand dinars, which are "illegal" levies, noting that the water resources considered the two bridges an illegal transgression.
And Zaidan continued by saying: After the Prime Minister's recent visit to Baiji district and his briefing on the reality of the bridge, he ordered the abolition of illegal levies and the passage of vehicles for free.
It is noteworthy that Prime Minister Muhammad Shia' al-Sudani visited earlier the Baiji district to see the reality of the work of the Baiji refinery and construction projects and services in the district.
