Advisor to the Prime Minister for Transport Affairs, Nasser Al-Asadi, revealed the increased efficiency of the annual road specifications.
Al-Asadi explained to Al-Sabah that there are amendments to the design of the annual road at the request of the Prime Minister in order to increase the efficiency of its specifications and improve it, indicating that we are in the process of approving the final details of the road and putting it forward for implementation.
He added that the new route for the Baghdad Sky Train, which will serve more than 80 percent of the capital, Baghdad, was approved to almost solve the transportation crisis through its connection with the rest of the means of transportation within the city. Al-Asadi explained that the project will be very large and will be presented to the public soon to see its details, stressing that the responsible authorities are in the process of approving the consultant who will carry out the design and economic feasibility work.
