Today, Monday, the Governor of Baghdad, Muhammad Jaber Al-Atta, set a condition for the delivery of fuel rations to generator owners in the capital’s regions, while setting the date for delivering the collection to generator owners.
Al-Atta said, in a press conference, followed by Al-Iqtisad News, that “the collection price for generator owners will be after the end of the month instead of the beginning of the month.”
He added, "Generator owners are obligated to place a meter for each generator that shows the operating hours of the generator. Otherwise, the owner will be deprived of receiving the kerosene share."
The Governor of Baghdad pointed out, “The Ministry of Electricity in the capital is obligated to equip Baghdad areas with specific hours and inform the governorate of this, to end the programmed extinguishing process before or at the end of the month.”
