A financial expert reveals 3 main sources to cover the salaries of Kurdistan Region employees

Khoshnaw said {to Al-Furat News} that: “The Kurdistan region depends on three main financial sources for the purpose of distributing the salaries of employees and retirees, which is the federal loan amounting to 700 billion dinars and internal revenues estimated at about 346 billion dinars.”
He added, "The third source is 28 billion dinars in support provided by the international coalition forces to the Peshmerga."
Khoshnaw suggested to the Kurdistan Regional Government "to rely on the rest of the other groups and not to rely on what comes from Baghdad, since the problem has been going on for 20 years between the governments of the center and the region."
He stated "the need to resolve the outstanding points between the central government and the region, and the necessity of ending the region's salaries crisis through the Iraqi constitution and laws."
Khoshnaw continued, "There are many delays in delivering the salaries of the region's employees by the federal government, and this is considered pressure on the Kurdish people to confront the region's government."
