    Baghdad/Al-Masala Al-Hadath: The Federal Integrity Commission announced, on Wednesday, the issuance of a summons order against the former head of the Border Ports Authority; For intentionally committing something that violates his job duties.
    The authority reported in a statement, “The judge of the Second Karkh Investigation Court issued a summons order against the former head of the Border Ports Authority.” On charges of allowing the entry of materials and goods without conducting the necessary examination on them by the Central Agency for Standardization and Quality Control.”
    She added, "The accused issued a directive to the border crossings directorates to release the 'iron' goods piled up at the crossings."
    She pointed out that “the judge of the Second Karkh Investigation Court issued the recruitment order in accordance with the provisions of Article (331) of the Amended Penal Code No. (111 of 1969).”
