Shafaq News/ The Iraqi Minister of Defense, Thabet Al-Abbasi, directed, on Saturday, to withdraw the hand of the Secretary-General of the Ministry and refer him for investigation on charges related to his forging a seal issued by the office of Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani.
A security source told Shafaq News Agency, “Al-Abbasi directed that the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Defense, Jabbar Al-Haidari, be referred for investigation on charges related to forging a seal attributed to the Office of the Prime Minister.”
The source added, "Al-Abbasi also decided to withdraw Al-Haidari from the position of Secretary-General for a period of 60 days," pointing out that "his remaining in the job affects the progress of the investigation process."
