    The Ministry of Finance decided, today, Wednesday, to make a transfer of 19 billion dinars to fill the deficit in the salaries and allowances of those appointed to the permanent staff in the public and local administration in Basra Governorate.

    According to a document obtained by Al-Sumaria News, “Based on the provisions of Article (5 - First) of the [url=https://www.alsumaria.tv/Entity/3587157533/%D9%82%D8%A7%D9%86%D9%88%D9%86 %D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D9%88%D8%A7%D8%B2%D9%86%D8%A9 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B9%D8%A7%D9%85%D8%A9 %D8%A7%D9%84%D8%A7%D8%AA%D8%AD%D8%A7%D8%AF%D9%8A%D8%A9/ar/]Federal Budget Law[/url] No. (13) of the year 2023, it was decided to transfer the amount (... 19) dinars (nineteen billion dinars among the budget appropriations of Section 1) Public and local administration and within the budget of Chapter 47 of [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] Governorate for the year 2023 and in accordance with the details shown in the table attached herewith.”



    She explained that “the above transfer is to cover the deficit in the salaries and allowances of those appointed to the permanent staff in the public and local administration in [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] Governorate, based on Cabinet Resolution No. 484 of the year 2021 and our letter No. 149039 on 12/31/2023 and Cabinet Resolution No. 369 of the year.” 2022, our letter No. 265 of 1/4/2023, Cabinet Resolution No. 23012 of the year 2023, our letter No. 891 of 1/11/2023, Cabinet Resolution No. 23299 of the year 2023, and our letter No. 891 of 1/11/2023. 29067 on 5/28/2023, and you bear all of this Legal, administrative and financial consequences regarding the accuracy of the data sent to us by you and the integrity of all procedures taken in accordance with the laws, controls and instructions. Allocations (rewards for affiliates and additional work) have been excluded until we are provided with the legal support in addition.”
