Reconstruction: The percentage of local labor in bottleneck relief projects is conditional

{Local: Al-Furat News} The Ministry of Construction and Housing announced the percentage of local workers in the ongoing traffic congestion relief projects in the capital, Baghdad.
The ministry’s spokesman, Istabraq Sabah, told {Al-Furat News} agency, “We stipulated in contracting with the companies that undertook the projects to relieve traffic congestion that the workers be Iraqi, and these conditions are also present in the National Investment Authority.”
He stated, “The labor rate is variable and depends on the nature of the project. If it requires high expertise that is not available in Iraq, the company takes over the matter.”
Sabah added, “But if the conditions are present, the labor rate will be greater.” Of Iraqis and people of the country" Explaining that “the basic rule is the balance between experience and importance in this aspect.”
