The Federal Supreme Court issued, today, Wednesday, a decision obligating the localization of the salaries of all employees of government agencies in the center and region in federal banks.
The media department stated in a statement received by Mawazine News that, “The federal government decided to oblige the localization of the salaries of all employees of government agencies in the center and region in federal banks.”
She stressed: “It is obligatory to submit the monthly budget for the region’s employees to the Federal Ministry of Finance,” noting that “the decision to localize the salaries of the region’s employees is a final and binding decision.”
She pointed out, "obliging the Kurdistan Regional Council of Ministers to hand over all oil and non-oil revenues to the federal government."
