    The Babylon Investment Authority launched the electronic visa for the entry of foreign investors, pursuant to an official letter from the National Investment Authority.
    The head of the Babylon Investment Authority, Ali Imran Kazem, explained that the aforementioned procedure comes in implementation of the ministerial curriculum of the central government, as well as simplifying procedures to serve investors and moving from paper to electronic work in the field of entry visas, indicating that the Babel Authority will provide the National Authority with a list that includes the names of investment companies that have obtained On an investment license, for the purpose of approving it for the electronic entry visa, in addition to informing the investment companies operating in the governorate to nominate a representative, with the aim of providing each of them with a special account.
    Kazem stressed that these measures will have a positive impact on the investment process throughout the country and Babylon in particular, especially since the governorate is in dire need of investment projects, especially since its geographical location facilitates the marketing process for the rest of the governorates.
    For his part, the Governor of Babylon, Adnan Fayhan Al-Dulaimi, stressed the importance of investment, and that the local government, both its executive and legislative parts, will work as one team to attract investors and provide all facilities to implement their investment projects and create job opportunities for the unemployed, pointing out that establishing investment projects in the governorate will significantly reduce the currency exit. difficult situations outside the country, especially since the local government will register 4,000 industrial projects in the governorate, with the aim of organizing their needs and registering them officially, as well as providing its own database and preparing an integrated plan
