Firas Al-Muslimaoui, representative of the State of Law coalition, confirmed on Thursday that the current legislative term will witness the interrogation of a number of current officials according to the government evaluation framework.
Al-Muslimaoui told Al-Maalouma, “The House of Representatives continues to evaluate the work of ministers, heads of bodies, and general directors, indicating that some ministers were unable to achieve the desired goal in the performance of their ministries.”
He added, "The current legislative term will witness the interrogation of some ministers and heads of bodies, due to financial and administrative corruption files."
He continued, "Parliamentary interrogations will target those who are negligent in performing their ministerial work."
He explained, “There were many interrogation requests submitted to the Presidency of Parliament in accordance with the constitutional contexts within the framework of the government evaluation.” Ended / 25 H
