    [rtl]Today, Friday, the head of the Integrity Commission, Judge Haider Hanoun, revealed the fate of those accused in the theft of the century case, while confirming that the main accused, Nour Zuhair, and 30 others will be tried soon.[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]Hanoun said in a statement to the official agency, followed by Al-Eqtisad News, that “Nour Zuhair’s case is currently before the judiciary to complete the lawsuit procedures, and currently there are more than 30 defendants, some of whom are arrested, others are on the run, and some of them are in shackles.”[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]He added, "The investigative court is working to complete some of the funds, and then go to the trial court to try them according to the law. Soon we will rejoice with a just ruling for those who stole the people's money."[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]The judge of the Karkh Investigation Court, First Judge Dhia Jaafar, had previously confirmed that “there are some details that he has reached and is collecting evidence towards the rest of the parties involved in the case,” pointing out that “the deal of the century case is not related to the accused Nour Zuhair only, but to many parties.” Leaders within the previous government facilitated and planned to seize this money.”[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]He pointed out that "investigations are continuing in the case, and new arrest warrants have been issued against two government figures, one of whom has been clearly accused, and we are very close to taking legal measures against him after completing the evidence. The other person has had an arrest warrant issued against him who is linked to an important government body in the previous government, and legal measures have been taken against him." He is currently subject to international follow-up to recover it from one of the countries.”[/rtl]
