The General Directorate of Hajj and Umrah in the Kurdistan Region, today, Sunday, warned citizens about what is being circulated on some social networking sites by companies or individuals promoting the so-called “commercial Hajj” claiming the availability of this type of Hajj, denying the existence of this type. Neither in the region nor in Iraq.[/size]
[size=45]The directorate said in a statement that, for some time now, people on behalf of Hajj and Umrah companies or individuals have been advertising commercial Hajj in the Kurdistan region, claiming that this Hajj is now available and that there are no problems.[/size]
[size=45]The statement warned citizens that there is no such thing as a commercial Hajj in the Kurdistan Region and even in Iraq, and that what is being promoted is the deportation of people on an annual visa or a commercial visa, and this is prohibited by the Saudi Ministry of Hajj, indicating that anyone arrested will be severely punished.
