    Economy News - Baghdad
[rtl]The General Traffic Directorate said that the Council of Ministers’ decision to change the working hours of departments and employees has proven successful, and is a proposed solution to reduce traffic congestion.[/rtl]
[rtl]The Director of General Traffic, Major General Raad Mahdi, said, “The decision to change the working hours of departments and employees has proven successful and made a difference. It is part of the solutions proposed to address the bottlenecks, all of which represent a unit that complements one another.”[/rtl]

[rtl]He added, "The projects of the first package to remove bottlenecks that were opened made a difference in the intersections in which they were established. We also have the annual road project as well as the Baghdad Metro, which are awaited and reliable projects. However, at the present time, the issue of bottlenecks will not end with the push of a button, as there are projects." There are ongoing government plans to address an issue whose causes have existed for many years and require more time to address it.”[/rtl]
