    [ltr]Parliamentary Kurdish sources said, the delegation of the Kurdistan Regional Government began extensive discussions and "positive" as soon as he arrived in Baghdad on Sunday morning, in order to put an end to chronic disagreements with the federal government, what could end up adding about 450 000 barrels of oil to Iraqi exports from the Kirkuk oilfields and the region.[/ltr]

    She drew Najib said that "the federal government is demanding disclosure of the Kurdistan region's oil accounts and be fully resolved."  Asserts that "the Baghdad agreement and the region around the delivery of 150 thousand barrels per day, the center of the Kurdistan oil is of course be increased interim agreement," and noted that "the agreement was to show good intentions to resolve all outstanding differences between the parties." 
    The Kurdistan Regional Government announced that, beginning in November of this month, the agreement with the Baghdad government to solve the "full and fair" to the problems between the two sides, stressing that the federal government would pay for the region of $ 500 million and will transform the Government of the Territory of 150 thousand barrels of crude oil a day under the disposal of the federal government. 
    Showed MP Najiba Najib said "The federal government, in coordination with the Kurdistan Regional Government will develop a specific mechanism for the export volumes of oil from the Kirkuk oilfields, which range in output from 700 to 800 000 barrels per day," pointing out that "the agreement between the parties refers to the export of Kirkuk oil through Kurdistan, so the it needs to be coordinated. " 
    Najib draws to be "among the issues to be discussed are the subject of airports and civil aviation authority on Airports Erbil and Sulaymaniyah."
    Commenting on the visit, expressed Iaram Sheikh Mohammed, Vice President of the House of Representatives, expressed his hope that "the results of the visit Kurdish delegation to Baghdad fruitful and satisfactory and are in favor of all Iraqis and build a real participation in the political process, and that opens the doors to solve problems and outstanding issues between the Territory and center. "
